The complex consists of six shooting floors out of which two are air - conditioned and acoustically treated video recording studios of 50' x 25' x 14'. Besides this, acoustically treated film shooting floors of 100' x 60' x 40' and 80' x 55 x 30' respectively are also available for film and television production. Deluxe makeup rooms, office rooms and facility for overnight stay are attached to the shooting / recording floors. Large open spaces attached to these floors are eminently suited for outdoor shooting work under controlled condition.

Studio accessories such as wide variety of lights, reflectors, crane with round and straight tracks, camera trolleys, fog machine, smoke machine and bubble machine, diesel generators etc are available at the studio complex. In fact, all equipment, other studio accessories and manpower as per the requirement of the production can be arranged.

Another attractive feature of this complex is its proximity to the Asian Academy of Film & Television, which figures in world's top ten institutes of its kind today and the Asian School of Media Studies, another pioneering effort for having successfully launched first ever MBA course in Media Management towards meeting the increasing needs of corporatization of the film and media industry, through which professionally trained persons can be requisitioned to support a whole range of production, distribution and exhibition work.
